When you request a booking: first name, last name, email address, phone number, address, postal code, city, country of residence, number of guests, any pets, any special requests/preferences you enter yourself, and whether you're bringing pets.
When you send a contact message: name, email address and the content of your message.
When you sign up for the newsletter: email address (only if you choose to via the sign-up option at booking).
Automatically: a functional session cookie and, after consent, a cookie that remembers you've seen the cookie notice. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
— Processing and confirming your booking, including the legally required guest registration (night register) with country of residence.
— Preparing invoices and meeting our tax obligations (including VAT and tourist tax).
— Responding to contact requests.
— Sending a newsletter, only if you've signed up for one.
— Booking and invoice data: 7 years, in accordance with the statutory tax retention obligation.
— Access to your personal booking page (via the link in your confirmation) automatically expires 3 months after your departure date.
— Contact form messages: we keep these no longer than necessary to handle your enquiry.

We never sell your data. We only share data with:
— Our hosting provider, to keep this website technically running.
— Our bookkeeper/accountant, for financial administration.
— The municipality, only to the extent legally required (tourist tax, night register).
— Once online payment (Mollie) and automatic email confirmation become available, those parties will also be listed here, and they will only process the data required for the payment or confirmation email respectively.
Passwords are stored encrypted (bcrypt), forms are protected against CSRF attacks, and all database queries use prepared statements to prevent SQL injection.
This website uses only functionally necessary cookies (session management, language preference, cookie notice). No tracking or advertising cookies are placed.
